  • How much will I be charged for shipping?

    Logomark will bill FedEx Ground rates for all orders that receive a free upgrade to FedEx 2-Day shipping.

  • What items can I get a free upgrade to FedEx 2-day shipping on?

    All pens at catalog quantities and all items listed at EQP $10.00(c) or less at catalog quantities. This includes blank and clearance items.

  • What about items I already have in a program?

    As long as the order is for at least first column quantity, it qualifies for a free upgrade to 2-day express shipping.

  • Do I have to list anything on the order to get this offer?

    Yes. All you need to do is specify Fed Ex Ground as the ship method. If you specify any other ship method the goods will be shipped as requested and Logomark will not issue a credit for the freight on the order.

  • Can I get a discount on faster shipping methods?

    No. The free upgrade is from FedEx Ground to FedEx 2-day only. Logomark will not credit back and is not responsible for reimbursing any freight costs due to freight methods listed as anything but FedEx Ground on the PO.

  • Does this include Advantage 24 orders?

    Yes. This includes Advantage 24 and shipped via FedEx Ground.

  • How long does the promotion last?

    This is a limited time offer that expires April 30, 2010. Only orders shipped by Logomark on or before April 30, 2010 qualify for this offer.

  • Does this offer include drop ship charges?

    No. Per Logomark's shipping terms and conditions, drop ship charges of $4 per location will apply. A maximum of 5 drop ship locations per purchase order may be upgraded from FedEx Ground to 2-day shipping.

  • Can I get a free upgrade to 2-day shipping on pre-production samples?

    No. Logomark reserves the right to ship pre-production samples any method to meet client approvals and meet purchase order delivery expectations. Freight for pre-production samples will be charged regardless of ship method.

  • Does this offer include random or spec samples?

    No. The promotion is only for production orders of catalog quantities. Again, catalog order quantities of pens or any item less than or equal to $10.00(c) qualify.

  • Can I get free freight on blank items?

    Yes. Same rules apply. Catalog order quantities of pens or any item less than or equal to $10.00(c) qualify.

  • Can I get my free upgrade to 2-day on Clearance items?

    Yes. Same rules apply. Catalog order quantities of pens or any item less than or equal to $10.00(c) qualify.

  • What if my PO list multiple items, some of which are more than $10.00(c)?

    Standard shipping policies apply. The order will ship combined and freight as specified on the PO will be charged.

  • Can I ship it UPS and get a free upgrade to 2-day?

    No. FedEx Ground only. Logomark will not credit back and is not responsible for reimbursing any freight costs due to freight methods listed as anything but FedEx Ground on the PO. Logomark reserves the right to change the ship carrier at their own discretion.

  • Can I get my order upgraded to 2-day shipping on ½ of 1st column quantities?

    No.

  • Can I ship FedEx Ground to Puerto Rico?

    No. This promotion applies only to the continental United States only. Puerto Rico is excluded.
